First minute complete 1 Russian KB Swings and 1 Sit Up
Minute 2 complete 2 KBS + 2 Sit Up
Minute 3 complete 3 KBS + 3 Sit Up
continue adding 1 rep of each for every minute until you can no longer complete the prescribed number of reps in that round
