“Bradley”
10 Rounds:
100m Sprint
10 Pull Ups
100m Sprint
10 Burpees
30 second rest
TIME: 23:05
* First time doing this one. Loved it. Hated it while I was doing it but that went away once I was done. This WOD is almost all mental. The “sprints” quickly became jogs. The burpees slowed waaaay the fuck down at the end but it was fun. Now I have a number on this one.
** Headed back to Cynergy at 10 for the 1st in a 6 part series on Olympic Lifting being taught by Dr. Ellyn Robinson and the RWL team. Today we’ll be going over the snatch.
