WOD:
Complete 1 round every 2 minutes for 30 minutes of:
3 HSPU (8”-9” deficit?)
100m Sprint
10 Air Squats

*I used (2) 45# plates stacked on top of each other for extended range of motion. I can’t remember if the plates are 4” or 4.5” thick. The last round I used 3 plates which would be 12”+ish. 
I got all but 2 rounds unbroken only because I lost my balance. I’m pretty good at resting on my head if need be. I got all but 2 rounds completed in under 1 minute. Fun WOD.
